At Roesports, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, we're here to help.
Your Right to Cancel (UK Law)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason, You also have a 30 day window to return the item(s) to us if you are not happy with your purchase or mistakes with purchases or for any other reason
Returns Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- Unworn and unaltered
- In their original packaging
- With all original labels and tags still attached
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:
- Items that have been used, worn, or damaged after delivery
- Items with removed or missing labels and tags
- Personalised or custom-made products
How to Return
To start a return, please contact us at sales@roesports.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.
Restocking Fee
Please note that a fixed £5.00 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund on all returned items. This covers the cost of inspecting, repackaging, and restocking returned goods. This fee does not apply to faulty or incorrect items.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, minus the £5.00 restocking fee where applicable.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at sales@roesports.com and we will arrange a free return and replacement or full refund.
